Privacy Policy

Effective 27 August 2026 · Centralux AI LLC

1. Scope

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit centralux.ai, email us, or book a call with us. It is written by Centralux AI LLC (“Centralux,” “we,” “us”), a North Carolina limited liability company with its office at 109 Hay St Suite 202, Fayetteville, NC 28301.

It describes what this website actually does, nothing more. If a practice is not described here, we are not doing it.

2. What this website is

centralux.ai is a set of static informational pages with one contact form. There are no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart, and no payment processing. There is nothing on this site to sign up for, and no newsletter.

Three things on the site reach outside it: the contact form on the contact page, a link to our booking page at book.centralux.ai, and a link that opens your own email program addressed to contact@centralux.ai. All three are described below.

3. What is collected

3.1 Automatically, by hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, the hosting platform processes technical request data (your IP address, the page requested, the time, your browser’s user-agent string, and referring page) for the purpose of delivering the page, defending against abuse, and keeping the site available. We do not build visitor profiles from this data and we do not receive an identified report of who visited.

3.2 Web fonts

Our pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. Because your browser requests those font files directly from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), Google receives your IP address and basic request information when a page loads. These are the only third-party files our pages load. The contact form also sends data to our own backend when you submit it, which is described in 3.5, but nothing is sent unless you press the button. If you block that request, the site still works. It renders in your device’s default typefaces.

3.3 If you book a call

Our booking page at book.centralux.ai is operated for us by Cal.com. If you book, you provide your name, your email address, your time zone, and whatever you choose to write in the free-text field, and Cal.com records the meeting you selected. That booking page is a separate service with its own privacy practices and it may set cookies that are necessary for scheduling to work. Nothing on centralux.ai itself sets a cookie.

The resulting booking reaches us as a calendar event and an email in our Google Workspace account, and, for a video meeting, a meeting link. If you choose the phone option at booking, you provide a phone number for that call.

3.4 If you email us

Email you send to contact@centralux.ai arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox and contains whatever you put in it: your name, your email address, your message, and any attachment. We keep business correspondence so we can do business with you.

3.5 If you use the contact form

The contact page has a form asking for your name, your email address, your company (optional), and a message. When you press send, those four values are transmitted to our own backend, which is a database and a small server function operated for us by Supabase, Inc. The submission is stored there so that it is not lost, and we read it from an internal tool.

Alongside what you type, we record the time of submission, the IP address the request came from, and your browser’s user-agent string. Those three are kept for one reason: distinguishing real submissions from automated spam. They are not used to profile you and they are not combined with anything else.

The form does not set a cookie, does not run any advertising or analytics code, and does not send your submission to any third-party form service or marketing platform. Nothing you type is used to train a model.

You never have to use it. Emailing contact@centralux.ai reaches exactly the same person and is described in 3.4.

4. What we do not do

  • No analytics on this website. No Google Analytics, no page-view tracker, no heatmap, no session recording.
  • No advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no social-media trackers.
  • No cookies set by centralux.ai, and no browser storage used by these pages. The cookie banner you didn’t see is missing because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No mailing list, no newsletter signup, and no marketing automation running off this site.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We have never done so and have no plans to.
  • We do not use information from this website to train machine-learning models.

5. How information is used

Information described in section 3 is used only to:

  • Serve the website and keep it available and secure
  • Schedule, hold and follow up on a call you asked for
  • Reply to an email you sent us, and continue that conversation
  • Keep ordinary business records of who we have talked to and about what
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not use it for automated decision-making, profiling, or advertising of any kind.

6. Service providers

Four providers touch information in the ordinary running of this site. We do not add others silently; this list is maintained as part of the page.

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and content delivery for centralux.ai, and DNS for the domain. Processes request data as described in 3.1.
  • Google LLC: Google Fonts serves the typefaces (3.2); Google Workspace provides our email and calendar (3.3, 3.4).
  • Cal.com, Inc.: operates the booking page at book.centralux.ai (3.3).
  • Supabase, Inc.: hosts the database and server function that receive and store contact-form submissions (3.5).

Each of these providers processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not authorize any of them to use your information for their own marketing purposes on our behalf.

7. Retention

  • Hosting request logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period under its own schedule; we do not maintain a separate copy.
  • Booking records and calendar events: kept while the conversation is live and for our ordinary business records afterward.
  • Email correspondence: kept for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and thereafter as required for tax and legal record-keeping.
  • Contact-form submissions: kept on the same basis as email correspondence, since that is what they become. The anti-spam metadata recorded with them (time, IP address, user-agent) is kept with the submission and is not separately analysed.
  • Anything you ask us to delete is deleted, except where we are legally required to keep it (see section 9).

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our email, calendar and booking accounts is protected by strong, unique credentials and multi-factor authentication. Credentials for any system we operate are held in a secret store, not in documents or spreadsheets.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. What we can say is that this website holds no database of yours to breach. It is static pages, and the information you send us lives in ordinary, well-secured business accounts.

9. Your choices and requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@centralux.ai and say what you want. We will respond within thirty days.

We honour these requests regardless of where you live. If a residency-specific right applies to you under your state or national law, tell us and we will handle the request under that framework. We will not charge you for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for having made one.

You can also avoid this site’s data flows entirely: block third-party font loading in your browser, don’t use the booking page, and reach us by email or by post at the address below.

10. Client data (engagements)

This policy covers the website. It does not cover data we process while building or operating a system for a client. That is governed by the written agreement for that engagement, which is where confidentiality, ownership, access, sub-processors and deletion terms are set out in specific terms.

Our standing posture in those engagements: client data is held in single-tenant isolation, is not pooled with any other client’s data, is not used to train models, and is not shared with any third party the engagement has not named. Ownership of the data stays with the client.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date at the top. We do not make changes retroactive to information already collected under an earlier version. Material changes will be summarized at the top of the page for at least thirty days.
